Sometimes the best inventions are born out of necessity. The idea for a hot and cold bento box came to founder Nancy Yen when her son started kindergarten. He struggled to eat lunch at school and often came home hungry and grumpy while tidying up. Realizing that he preferred hot entrees over sandwiches, she began to brainstorm a kid-friendly bento box concept that could hold a hot entree, fruits, and vegetables all in one place.
Double Wall Insulation Technology
OmieBox uses two types of insulation to store hot and cold food together. At the heart of the design is a powerful vacuum insulated thermos. The two walls are made of stainless steel, and air is drawn between them so that heat cannot escape. Perfect for hot lunches, it can keep food warm for up to 6 hours. Food is kept cool thanks to the OmieBox's double-walled, air-insulated tray. Air is an excellent insulator (think of styrofoam or double-paned windows – both use air insulation).

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product. This means you do not need to keep any receipts, invoices, or exchange cards for an exchange.
