Invented by a Mom for a Picky Eater
Sometimes the best inventions are born out of necessity. The idea for a hot and cold bento box arose when founder Nancy Yen's son started kindergarten. He struggled to eat lunch at school and was often hungry and cranky when he got home. Realizing he preferred hot entrees to sandwiches, she began to brainstorm the concept of a kid-friendly bento box that could hold a hot entree, fruit, and vegetables all in one place.
Dual Insulation Technology
OmieBox uses two types of insulation to keep food hot and cold together. At the heart of the design is a powerful vacuum insulated thermos. The two walls are made of stainless steel, and air is drawn out between them so heat cannot escape. Perfect for a hot lunch, it can keep food warm for up to 6 hours. Food is kept cool thanks to OmieBox's double-walled, air-insulated tray. Air is an excellent insulator (think of styrofoam or double-paned windows - both use air insulation).

We've carefully designed OmieBox to be easy for even our youngest users. One of the key design features is the oversized handle - easy to grip, perfect for toddlers who are still developing fine motor skills. The lids open and close easily, so your little ones can be independent at school. You'll never have to worry about lunch coming home uneaten because your child couldn't open the box.

We operate from two separate delivery hubs: our Istanbul and Paris warehouses or stores. Items dispatched from our Istanbul locations are typically delivered within 1 business day, while products shipped from our Paris locations are delivered within 7-10 business days.

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product. This means you do not need to keep any receipts, invoices, or exchange cards for an exchange.
