Details: Outer fabric GORE-TEX ePE 100% recycled polyester Waterproof, breathable 2-layer GORE-TEX ePE 100% recycled polyester outer fabric, partially made from recycled BIONIC® plastic collected from the oceans or coastlines of Costa Rica; produced with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish without intentionally added PFAS. PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR). The outer fabric and lining are treated with a DWR finish that provides protection against light rain without intentionally adding PFAS. Insulation in the chest area and adjustable hood made from 100% recycled goose down. The chest and hood are insulated with 700 cuin fill power, 100% recycled goose down (from used down products and waterfowl feathers); a hidden drawcord adjustable hood for extra warmth and protection. Double-slider front zipper and storm flap. The double-slider front zipper, storm flap, and hidden snap closures; inner storm flap; and a brushed tricot chin guard for added comfort. Pockets: One zip chest pocket for valuables; two zip hand-warmer pockets with fleece lining inside; one zip internal pocket; one internal carrying pocket. Adjustable storm cuffs and drawcord at the hem. Storm cuffs at the wrists help retain heat and can be worn over or under gloves; hidden drawcords at the hem and front pockets for adjustable fit. We support the workers who produced this product. This model was made in a Fair Trade Certified™ workshop, where workers receive additional compensation for their labor.

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product.
