Some surfaces such as synthetic surfaces, laminate flooring, linoleum, or carpets (organic floor coverings) may leave permanent black rubber marks. How do I make a change?

It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?

If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period.
